Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by RightPros Oak Lawn Tree Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Description

RightPros Oak Lawn Tree Services provides professional tree care services including tree removal, trimming and pruning, stump grinding, emergency tree services, land clearing, tree health maintenance, arborist consulting, and shrub and hedge trimming. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.

We reserve the right to refuse service if we determine that the work requested is unsafe, illegal, or beyond our capabilities. Your safety and the safety of our crew are our top priorities.

Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information available at the time of assessment. Final pricing may vary if conditions change or additional work is required. We will always communicate with you before performing any work beyond the original scope.

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

Scheduling and Cancellations

We make every effort to arrive on your scheduled service date. However, weather conditions, equipment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances may require rescheduling. We will notify you as soon as possible if changes are necessary.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less notice may be subject to a fee if work has already begun or materials have been prepared.

Property Access and Liability

You agree to provide clear access to the work area and to inform us of any underground utilities, property lines, or other hazards. We will take reasonable precautions to protect your property, but you acknowledge that tree work inherently involves some risk of incidental damage to surrounding areas.

RightPros Oak Lawn Tree Services carries full liability insurance and workers compensation coverage. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to trees or property, or for damage caused by factors beyond our control such as hidden decay or disease.

Emergency Services

Emergency tree services are available for urgent situations such as storm damage or fallen trees. Emergency rates may apply and will be communicated to you before work begins. Our goal is to make your property safe as quickly as possible.

Permits and Regulations

You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits required by local authorities for tree removal or other services. We can advise you on permit requirements, but it is ultimately your responsibility to ensure all work is permitted. We will not perform unpermitted work where permits are required.

Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 7 days and we will work to resolve the issue. However, we cannot guarantee the health or survival of trees following pruning or other treatments, as trees are living organisms affected by many factors beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim related to our services will not exceed the amount you paid for those services. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. These limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
